Scaletrains N SD40T-2 Lightboard Aux Solder Pads?

Anyone happen to know if the extra Aux output solder pads on these locos' boards already have resistors? If so, do you know the resistors' rating?

Thanks for the offer, Peteski! I'll keep that in mind, although that would take a bit of de-soldering to make happen.

I have not tried calling Scaletrains.
