Just received via email.  The Atlas main site doesn’t appear to be working at the moment but the pdf link from the email below.

Figures. I have a handful of undec SD45s from the first run that are in the bench queue, to be painted into UP. OTOH, there's a boatload of UP-specific detail, so I don't feel totally bad about jumping the gun. ATSF? Yeah, I can do that.

Nice to see FAs with the large number boards. I have an ABBA set of Life-Like FA/FBs I was planning to detail and decoder, but hacking all four of the old frames to take decoders... I'll take the lazy way out, eBay 'em, and wait for the new release. The LL FAs are great models and pull like elephants, so I'm sure somebody with more time on their hands will be happy to have 'em.

It's going to be an expensive year for Soo Line, CPR.  :D

I'm very happy but have not told Mr Wallet!

For those who model modern military trains, Atlas’ latest run of 40’ TPEX marked rebuilt well cars should be strongly considered. Those cars appear to be in captive service for DOD trains, carrying 20’ ISO containers as well as the smaller quadcons, bicons, etc.

That RBL is new tooling isn’t it?

According to Atlas! https://shop.atlasrr.com/c-1504-n213.aspx

Intriguing. I'll put 'em on my wishlist. IIRC, lots of beer moved around in those BN cars in the '70s.

The car isn't technically new--but the sill variation is!  I've been hoping this car would come out for quite some time.   8)

I have a few of the first cars, but this would be the first run of the centered doors I believe.

And a CF7!   Hopefully in N?  Since Athearn already did one in HO.   Heck for that matter....how about Z?   I'll take both.

EDIT: Now I see it's HO only.   Alrighty then!

I'm excited about the CNW SD45s. Though it looks like they are using Soundtraxx for the Gold models. I know on other models they've used LokSound. Anyone have info as to why they would use Soundtraxx? Kato also switched for some of their recent releases.

Here's my take on the new Atlas Z scale releases.
6 boxcars a year isn't cutting it.
Are they just dipping their toes in the Z scale rolling stock water and see what happens? Obviously they could release more but I think they are holding back to see what happens.
