I’ve always had good luck with Scale Trains. Had one of the EVOs that sat dormant for about a year and decoder acted up. Scale  Trains took it back at the end of warranty and made it right.

I also had multiple interactions with Scale Trains' customer service and it was always positive.

I went in big on these little gems.  I'm currently working on an HO layout so haven't run them yet.
