All,

Last Monday ordered some N scale passenger car sides from Union Station Products in Louisiana. The automated response indicated the order was accepted, and the payment cleared the bank. The response indicated I would be notified when shipped.

I needed to make a change and inquired 2 days later and another attempted response 3 days later with no response from Union Station Products, I tried sending a text today again no response.

Any body have recent dealing with them?

Do I have anything to be concerned about?  Just checking in with other modelers

I sent Mark an email, and I'll post again if I hear before you do.  I've always used email or his onsite message system, never tried texting.

Peteski:  I still write business letters, even if I send them email.  If it's business, I try to be at least a little formal.

Makes sense to me, but how many younger generations (Gen-X, -Y and -Z) still do that (or even know how to do that)? The way things are done changes with every new generation, and the technology has also really shot forward at much more accelerated rates than it did for previous generations The way most people communicate nowadays has also changed quite a bit.

But as usual, we are starting to get OT.
