Believe you meant to say a pair of Puddington Valley gondola cars has been listed.

The Prairie Shadows Special Run Mike McGrattan Memorial Puddington Valley gondola cars were originally released with two different reporting numbers (i.e., PVR 1964 and PVR 2016).

Each of the seller's listings bore a different reporting number.

Both are gone.  At least the seller has no listings now for "PUDDINGTON VALLEY".

But I have mine from the original sale. I was just commenting that the cars had been sold in case someone searched and wondered why they couldn't find them.

I expect that the people that would have bought them will not give them up and any that are on Ebay or other places will probably be other estate sales.  Mine will be.

The one linked to in the 1st post sold for $40. Seller is in Canada.  And as John speculated, the listing mentions:

Could be someone's estate, or someone getting out of the hobby.  I wonder if they are/were TRW member.

Not certain, but I think it was made to order for whatever number were ordered by a certain date, plus maybe a few more, as I recall them having some in stock for a while after the original deliveries.  I hope they sold a lot of them, as my recollection is that the proceeds went to support Mike's family.

I have both, but they are certainly not for sale. Too soon to say when the estate sale will be!

I'll never sell mine. And I look forward to running them in revenue service someday soon... assigned to a customer on the CN side of my layout
