Shell thickness?

As I'm not yet entirely up on the new print resins, one of those details that'd be useful for my designing is shell thickness vs sturdiness.  What are folks using that gives a good tradeoff between the two?

I use 1.5mm for my passenger car shells.  That might be overkill, but it's worked for me.

I use .040" because I speak English  :D   I've made window muntins .015" wide.

.8 to .9mm for me.  I tried thinner but they were noticeably more flimsy.  If you can get away with thicker, go for it.
