"No" to your question re. ordering, but I poked around and it has the earmarks of a one-man show taking his regional trainshow table trade online. Probably legit, but like my own experiences with similar vendors, they are quickly overwhelmed by the communications necessary to maintain an online business for their hobby/part-time side gig.
What puts me off, however, is you had to look hard for their state of operation - Florida. Florida has weak laws and/or poor enforcement managing businesses trying to make it with out-of-state transactions. Lots of scams are based in Florida. Not that this guy isn't legit, but if something goes wrong you will have little to no support from in-state consumer affairs agencies.
As far as TRW section, "Hobby Shop Reports" under "N and Z Scales" would probably be a better match. If a moderator agrees, it'll probably be moved. Otherwise, don't worry about it.
