I like the looks of these street lights from Woodland Scenics.

I haven't seen them 'in real life'.
Are they as nice as on the images or are there similar ones - ready to use, no kits, maybe better - available?

My LHS, sells them for $19.99 and eBay has some for free shipping for that price too.

I could get three pack for 27.90€, but that is still a good price. There are a lot of lights where you get just one for that price.

I've got several on my layout and they are worth the price in my opinion. Even when they are not hooked up, they look realistic as a static model. I've got some pictures, but I need to contribute a few more posts before I can upload photos.
