N scale kits and Peter Harris?

The N scale kits website has gone dark and URL suspended (UK).   His shapeways page won't accept messages and I'm not getting either a bounce or reply on emails.

Anybody hear from him lately?   News?

I've not ordered in a couple of years. I've seen some comments on a FB N Scale Page that he hadn't responded to emails sent to him from a buyer.  A reply to that said they received their order timely within or near the same time frame of the communications attempt. But that was maybe 4 months ago maybe even farther out. I hope all is well. I have contacts in the UK if anyone happens to have the phone number that was on the website I can try to get them to try and contact for us. He was a fair piece away from the folks I know in the UK.

I didn’t see Peter at the British Region NMRA convention in Derby. Normally he would have been there at least one day, but the weather was such that many people didn’t come. Therefore I’ve asked a friend in the UK to check with Peter.

I think he was at the NSE in Reno this year.

Gozer the Traveler. He will come in one of the pre-chosen forms. During the rectification of the Vuldrini, the traveler came as a large and moving Torg! Then, during the third reconciliation of the last of the McKetrick supplicants, they chose a new form for him: that of a giant Slor!

Yes, and he produced many very useful N scale products.

Peter purchased N scale kits from Alan Curtis, and even added a few new ones.   He's the only person out there doing a lot of the specialty flatcars, log cars, other unique kits.  It's all pewter, which is a must for some things like skeleton log cars that you can't do in lightweight RP.   Peter has a rather substantial model listing in Shapeways as well, but at least for me, the messaging function only comes up with an error.

Keep checking on this thread, something has happened here.

Got a email from Peter today

     Rodney
I am very sorry for our lack of response. We appear to have had a significant IT outage for over two months which has been uncovered by our resent audit of activity that we have undertaken. We have been assured that there has been no loss of data, so you date is secure. However, it has meant that we have not come back to you as we hope, and as you expect. I am personally sorry for this. We expect to resolve any issues this month - and will come back to you as soon as possible.

I think what he is saying here "so you date is secure" is your data is secure
