Atlas S4 Gold

Just got my two Atlas S4s in CP Rail, after a couple of years wait. Problem that I know I could fix with time is that they both have sound that responds to the throttle, but they don't move. What is the CV I need to be toying with here?

Sounds like you have drive hold engaged.
Try pressing F9 to release it.
