I disagree. I have zero problems navigating the site, and it's responsive. Yes, I will agree that the cut-and-paste to fill out the order form page is clunky, but certainly not debilitating. What do you consider the model for a "good" MRR site? Better not say M.B. Klein, which in my book is a case study in "trendy" where the form overshadows the function. It takes me considerably longer than NSS to find specific product, only to end up with "0 in stock" by the umpteenth click-through. Annoying.
Try first selecting a scale, then, in the filters, under 'stock status', select 'in stock' before you make any further selections.
... though his brother's former site wasn't much better. ...

MBK's site was sweet and I used it all the time. Then they changed the site and now the whole thing is garbage.
I know it has less to do with usability, but I do want to give props to NScaleSupply and MBK for their amazing product photos, historically.
Again, my general open offer to help businesses in this hobby with some free consulting stands.
Speaking of N Scale Supply, like Rivet Miscounter, I often use their website to check what is really new and I have shopped there when in Denver. The other day I noticed that Steve Savicz passed away this week. The last time I was there, I accidentally dropped my credit card, and he looked me up via my email with them and called to alert me about it when I was only 5 miles away from the shop, making it easier to go back rather than get a whole new card. Everyone there is very helpful in person and their stock is as good as almost any shop I have seen. I bought a few rare (to me) structure kits from mfgs other than Walthers for variety.
