Highball's are good, and he will do custom decals, including whole, half, or quarter 8.5 x 11 inch sheets.  They do have to be .svg files, but I've had good luck with online image converters.  He's done several all-white sheets for me, and I haven't had any complaints.  I haven't tried any other colors yet.

Here's a shot of the finished trailer ends, with the CMR decals.   They're OK, but not great.  Besides the visible thickness of the decals, the white under layer peaks out from under the blue.   Also, you can see where the herald doesn't want to like down smoothly over the door locking bar.   I Probably should have cut the decal into two tiny pieces and put half on either side of the locking bar.  I did cut the trailer number on either side of the rigth-door locking bar.
You can also see that the dimensional data for the trailer is incomplete - LEVEL HT is shown as 12-0, but there is no data for CU CAPY or LT WT in the set

Decals were applied on an undercoat of Tamiya Gloss, and then overcoated with Tamiya Flat.

I'm sorry Dave, I'm afraid I can't do that.

To be fair, I am working with some MicroScale Reading decals.  I have to cut the ends of the stripes because the underlying yellow runs longer.  I missed it on the front nose herald

The misalignment between the blue and white undercoat is disappointing, although it gives the lettering a shadow effect.

Agreed.  I got another set from them that's meant to be all Yellow, and it's the way - white peeking out on the side a bit.  I'm more disappointed about that then the thickness of the ink, especially since the yellow decals are meant to go on a black background.

The dimensional data lettering also looks too large.
