Found this company while doing some light browsing - any one ever bought anything from them? Kinda thinking about getting something cheap to see how good they are.

Since you posted this, I was curious and took a look.  They don't show photos of any of their products, which does not instill me with a lot of confidence.  Also, their website has relentless pop-ups which sends me running for the hills.

Wow, that website is... horrible. Like, just the worst damn website I've seen in YEARS.

But the cars look intriguing.

Yes, the Web Site is very bad. The products are mildly intriguing ,but friction bearing trucks on a modern Coal Porter, yes I say "N-O-O-O !" Nate Goodman. (Nato).

I've seen they on FB and the sale groups there.  Only seen the printed model, never seen anyone show one painted and decaled.

You can buy them without the trucks (body only).

Hmmm....the car bodies look to be pretty well printed.  I don't see too many layer lines on them.  As for if they're prototypical, I have no idea since they are all out of my area of interest.

However, I tend to discount models that are displayed on Kato Unitrack, particularly if it's unpainted & unweathered (the track)...and especially if "Scale Traxx" is your company name since that name & Kato Unitrack seem highly dichotomous...as well as displaying your product wearing pizza cutter wheelsets.

As for the website.  I've seen worse...such as Micro Engineering's, Precision Scale's, Miniatures by Eric's, Gold Medal Models', Fine N-Scale Products and maybe Proto87 Stores.  Great products, crappy websites.

Cheerio!

I read your post and was anticipating animated emojis and gifs galore... I'm crestfallen, Ed  :|

However, the ore jennies are intriguing... in my era CN used theirs in ballast service n and around southern Ontario. May need a few...

Well, something got fixed because now all their product photos have appeared on their site.
The slide-out "roulette wheel" ad is still maddening.  I was hopeful about them making trucks, but alas,
the wheelsets would have to be ditched, and they aren't anything that isn't already available from Microtrains.
Plus, I'd much rather have slippery, flexible Delrin than 3D printed  plastic for truck frames.

They have been on EBay for a while, with actual pictures. Hoppers and gondolas seem to be their thing.

Certainly has a thing for ore jennies. Maybe I ought to solicit their doing the UP version since I would be good for 100 or so (two 50-car trainsets, one empty, one loads).
