Yeah I have some molex connectors but I wish I could find those mini barrel connectors. Simple one small barrel per wire and disconnect was easy. The molex all seem to come in pairs with a larger housing. I have some of those tamiya molex type connectors so I will probably go with them if I can't find those barrel connectors I saw.
TBH, I have not had any need or looked for that type of single-conductor connector.

I'll again dish out some "peteski wisdom": Why not use one of the many available multi-pin connectors? Seems easier and simpler to have a single 2-pin connector to connect and disconnect than having to connect one wire at a time. While power Poles provide the ultimate flexibility (since you can use them as single pin connector, or semi-permanently gang multiple pins), they seem to be a bit too much for your need, but there are many other smaller connectors (like the Molex ones Mike mentioned). I would just go with that. Actually, to me those Tamiya/Kato ones seem like a perfect solution (especially since you already have them).
