I have the Wambam on my Saturn 2 and I have found the same issue, even with a light sanding. I have found that I have to completly clean the plate and dry it and then I have 0 issues. If I just pop the stuff off the plate and then put it back on and then hit print again stuff wont adhere to the plate.
