Jacksonville Terminal Company (JTC) would like to thank you all for your business and product interest in 2021. Your continued support allows JTC to continue to deliver new products regularly and we are extremely grateful for your overwhelming support.

We are continuously developing new products and improvements behind the scenes based on your feedback, suggestions, and photos. We thank you modelers as a valuable resource and appreciate your continued involvement.

I think 2022 will be another exciting year for JTC in N scale and in the HO scale arena, you read that correctly! JTC will start providing highly detailed prototypical containers to the HO market filling the void where other manufacturers have not gone. Don't worry N scalers, we have a lot more for your miniature world in the pipeline, with multiple New N scale body styles in Tooling. While railroad modeling is at the forefront of your master piece, JTC is slowly building industry pieces that will be essential equipment for miniature modeling. Furthermore, 20ft and 53ft chassis will be available by 3Q in 2022.
Our Visionary Series provides some very unique collectable items that continue the container service for a multitude of services, products or uses.

Our December N scale release includes new 53' prototypical containers that have been tooled specifically to each scheme which include some big names that we dropped a couple of months ago. The crisp printing and tooled details will continue to show modelers our commitment to our product line. Products will be shipping out to National Distributors and Direct Dealers on Monday Dec 20th 2021

JTC (Stan) will be at Amherst 2022 and our location is Young 76. Come stop by chat it up, see some new models and hear about more exciting new product announcements N and HO scale.

That is exciting news on the HO front. I've always liked the N Scale stuff.  It seems Walthers is the only one that is regularly producing new containers and we also desperately need container chassis of all sizes.  The once every 5-10 years pace Athearn uses is ridiculous and finding them on eBay for less than $40 a chassis is difficult at best  I'll be waiting to see what you guys are up to and will certainly be a buyer...  :)

Cheers,
Brian

@JaxTerminal

Thanks for the updates on the chassis. Looking forward to the 20' and 53' chassis.

I, too, need the 20' chassis.  In the early 70s it was more common to see containers on chassis, on a flatcar, than being shipped as just the box.

WOW, really? Meanwhile, in the N scale world, Walthers has been releasing THE VERY SAME late '80s-early '90s container styles (40' HC w/logo panels & 48') IN THE VERY SAME late '80s-early '90s schemes they have been releasing for over a quarter century (this time, at a higher price!)...pathetic.

Aside from a few structures, Walthers is useless to N scalers anyway.

I'm SO glad JTC is around, and I'm glad to support them as a satisfied owner of their products. I just bought several JTC containers, including a 40' standard height CMA-CGM commemorative scheme that celebrates the Port of Los Angeles' 10 millionth TEU this year. The prototype was unveiled in June and the model was released in October. FOUR MONTHS from concept to hitting the stores...amazing!

Now, with this month's releases, they're the first manufacturer in any scale to produce plastic models of the Amazon Prime 53'. Holy Bezos!
I model UP so I don't have a need for the Amazon boxes, but...man...I might just buy a pair just because. It gives me hope that Walmart 53s are around the corner *fingers crossed* - UP is starting to haul those more frequently. Also, Swift Intermodal is switching carriers from BNSF to UP effective January 1st and just unveiled a new grey scheme for their 53s. I trust JTC to release them sometime in 2022. They haven't let me down yet.

Shhh! I first saw the Amazon containers on a trip to New Mexico back in April, and have been waiting for them from JTC. I'm thinking they're going to sell out rather quickly, so we shouldn't talk about them until I've picked mine up. 😁
Also looking forward to the Wal-Mart containers. First saw those on the same trip. Around here in Texas, I'm starting to see them on the highway.

I watch the Tucson VR cam fairly regularly and haven't seen them.

But I won't argue with you.  :D

not common to be sure - less common than walmart...

Also seen on Laramie - 1/2 times...

I  have VR streaming on a Roku 24x7 in my office so my view time might be excessive  :)
