A guy in my club used it.  On the one hand he loved how easy it was to put together.  On the other he lamented 1) the cost and 2) the fact that he really didn't have a vision when he started building (O scale 3-rail) and now he feels committed to the footprint he built.  It's probably really great for a lot of folks for a host of reasons.
