This is like an estate sale, train show, hobby shop, collector's paradise and this place has everything
up to and including out of production models.

So I connected with Sean who made the video who works with Matt there. Old school, no mail order or web. So this looks like a road trip to hopefully find some gems. In the video, I see a lot, but I also see prices the same or a little above some of the items on social media pages for N rolling stock and etc. The amazing selection of old out of date items blew me away. Blue boxes and older Atlas buildings. I even saw a pan by the Revell Global Van Lines HO truck and trailer. Anyone been there?

Another example of a shop that should have, at least, a basic website with a simple text listing of manufacturer and part number for every item in their inventory.
That way, someone anywhere in the world looking for a particular piece on that inventory list can find it by performing a google search.
Otherwise, the shop owner could be waiting forever for a walk-in customer to purchase a given item.

Great point...Some of these operators might not care, they are more into the collecting than selling.

That he's gone to the effort of pasting price labels on each box might suggest that his interests goes beyond merely operating a museum.
Some of the "sellers" I've encountered at train shows in the past, who appear at show after show with the same old selection of merchandise, do make me wonder about their true intentions.

Wow, that store is great.  I am not sure I would buy much, I am not really a collector, but it would be fun to visit.  Gridley is a small town in the Sacramento Valley, about an hour north of Sacramento.  I go up there for winter birdwatching at several state and federal wildlife areas near Gridley.
