Fine N Scale has etchings for their flat and refrigerator cars that include truss rods. They also make a "retrofit" 40' truss rod chassis to fit MTL carbodies, that I assume includes the etching and is reasonably priced (less than you would pay for the etching itself if done by someone else). I don't know if they sell the etching separately, but you could contact them and ask.

I have a mind like a steel trap...a VERY rusty, old steel trap.

I checked the website, if you click on the photo link for the truss rod chassis, it will bring up a photo with the etching shown in the lower right of the photo.

Those FNR-2014 are enough to detail two cars, so yes, a nice value.

For completeness sake, thought I would also mention the D&RGW Boxcar details fret "Resinmasters 1008" offered by Republic Locomotives Works (Note the RLW website still seems to be down, but last I spoke with them they expected to have a new website up any day now.)  In the near term, you can see a photo of this fret as Fig 2.2.11 at https://www.republiclocomotiveworks.com/instructions/RM1000.pdf  Note this fret only does one car and doesn't include queen posts, but does include some nice extra stuff.

Cheers,
Jake
