What size of LED on Kato SD mid-pro light board?

Hey all. I don’t have a picture just now, not on the Kato mid-production SD40-2 (and likely others) they used a rectangular LED. I’d like to find some on line but I’m not sure how to refer to it. It may be something like a 1mm x 3mm.

Can anyone help me with the terminology I need to find these LEDs?

It is likely not going to be the same color temperature though because the mid-production SD40-2 light boards looked to have some transparent orange paint applied to the front of the LEDs (likely because it they were too cool originally)
