Problem installing Digitrax UR 92

Trying to replace an old UP 3 with a UR 92 so that I can run my new DT 602D.  Long-standing Loco Net, DCS 100 and a UR 90 which has run simplex radio throttles for years.

Instructions say that when first hooked up the red and green lights on the UR 92 will flash simultaneously for a few second and then the red goes out and the green flashes every few seconds.  UR 92 was connected to Loco Net and the included wall wart which shows a small green pilot light.  Red and green keep flashing together.  DT 602D works great when plugged in but does nothing when unplugged due to the UR failing to initialize.  Through all of this the simplex radio throttles and the UR 90 receiver continue to work just as always.

Any thoughts?

I'm not sure, but here is a guess, quoted from item 4 of the UR92 manual (since you have a UR90 already installed):

"If your layout has UR91s and or UR90s installed, re-set the LocoNet ID by
plugging in any DT402 throttle while holding down the EDIT Key. Release
the EDIT Key. Use the R throttle knob to set the LocoNet ID (00-07) you
want to use and press Enter to complete LocoNet ID set up. As simplex
and infrared throttles plug in to LocoNet, they will log on to the LocoNet
ID automatically and all three technologies will work together."

I'm guessing the 602 has an EDIT key.

Thanks, Gary.  It turns out that it was an ID10T user error.  I had plugged the wall wart into an extension cord which was blindly plugged into a power strip under the layout.  The unlit pilot light on the wall wart is reflective which looks like it is on.  I plugged it into the wall and saw what it looks like with the pilot light actually on. The UR 92 finished initializing and I am happily running my voluptuous DT 602D.
