I had/have neck and shoulder problems beginning about four years ago.  My neck was so stiff I was becoming afraid to drive because I couldn't turn it, and if I painted a room I had the same 3-4 day recovery issue.

My better half got this:  Grass-Fed Collagen Peptides 1.5 lb. Custom Anti-Aging Hydrolyzed Protein Powder for Healthy Hair, Skin, Joints & Nails.  I began taking a spoonful every morning, and gradually things began to get better...

At this point I could probably paint a room again, much improved.  And driving isn't a problem.

I throw this out for what it's worth.  Generally speaking, we avoid doctors and hospitals like the plague.  Naturally if there's something serious, we'll go, but more likely we'll try something and see if we get improvement.  We're not health fanatics, but we do eat healthy and follow a sane lifestyle.  I recently had a physical, and the blood work looked good.  I may make the 2022 NSE in Nashville after all...

Some of the larger structures from the old layout will not fit in the new space. I’m going to be downsizing to mostly single story false front structures. However, that will help make the mine structures look larger in comparison anyway.

Wild West Scale Models Kokomo House.  The prototype for this structure now rests at the bottom of the tailings pond for the Climax Molybdenum Mine.  These Wild West Scale Models kits are pretty amazing.  However, they're far from an easy build.  I counted something like 37 pieces goinginto that front wall alone.  I built it in about 2 days.



My Wild West Miner's Exchange structure did not survive transplant.  It had issues anyway...it was the first of the WWSM kits I'd built and I didn't reinforce it well.  Back when I first installed it I flooded the scenery around it with alcohol presoak and the walls wicked it right up and warped so bad the walls popped and curled.  I had to hide it with trees, LOL.  So no great loss.   Glad the little orange Last Chance Saloon came out just fine.  Anyway, I'm planning out the upper-level town (which will still represent Aspen):

Steam locomotives are thirsty beasts. And with two separate track loops on the new layout (along with two depots), the situation cried out for another water tank. The one on the left is from the original layout built in January 2015 from a Tichy Train Group kit. The one on the right is the identical kit, built today in just under three hours.
