Didn't know that about the MTL wheel composition, but judging from their looks, they look *exactly* like the plastic version, except they're made of metal (or so we assumed...). Kinda sad, or ironic, since you can't spell the word "metal" without the letters "M," "T" and "L"...

Yes, their dimensions are similar to their current plastic wheels. MTL never really implied that those metal wheels would be either narrower, have smaller flanges than the other wheels they make, or be in any other way closer to scale than their plastic wheels.

Well, I got my Rapido 33” 100 pack yesterday.
Wheel diameter .206, right on, diameter at flange .253, flange depth .0235, wheel width .069.
Face profile looks good to me. They roll freely in MT trucks, even on ME Code 40.
Axle length too short for Atlas and some other brands.
