So is MTL still open. Saw this about Kadee:

Dear Customers & Vendors,

With the ever changing environment locally, regional, nationally and throughout the world, Kadee Quality Products Co. has been conducting business the best that we can under the current circumstances adhering to the requirements and guidelines set forth by our State Governor and the CDC. However, by the Executive order of (Kate Brown) the Governor of the state of Oregon, “All non-essential businesses have been ordered to close in helping to prevent the spread of the (Corona/COVID-19) virus”.

We are taking steps to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and customers, as they are our most valuable asset. We will continue to monitor closely this unfortunate situation and follow the mandates as required. Therefore, our office and manufacturing plant will be closed until further notice!

What this means to our customers and vendors, is that any orders that were placed prior to {March 31, 2020} will be fulfilled and shipped by the end of the day! Our website will remain active and we will continue to take orders online ONLY, however, these orders may not be fulfilled until our staff is allowed to return to work! Moreover, no one will be available to answer phones or emails as well.

We wish everyone good health, safety and calmness during this unfortunate situation we all find ourselves in. We pray that everyone does their part to help end this challenge by spending quality time with family and helping others as we are all in this together.

The state order may change, but for now manufacturers are exempt. It wasn’t mandatory for Kadee to shutter its doors.

I work for a large manufacturer in Oregon.  We are definitely not closed, but everyone who is not a factory worker is working from home.
