Some layouts are open both days, others are one or the other.  I won't know the exact breakdown until about the week before but can give a heads up on which day would be better. 
Unfortunately, N scale is on the short end of the stick for displays.  Last year was only 2 layouts, but we are only 15 minutes away from each other   .   To give an example of last year, there were 13 HO layouts, 5 O layouts, 2 N layouts, 2 multi-scale (model railroad clubs) 2 G/Outdoor layouts and 1 S scale layout.  6 were Saturday only, 4 Sunday only, and 15 were open both days.  And good thing about this event, there are 3 layouts in 3 different scales that depict the same subdivision in 3 different eras.  Myself ( modern CSX, N scale), Ken Kime (Western Maryland, O scale) and Brian Wolfe ( Western Maryland, HO scale) all model the Hanover Subdivision, or during the WM days what was known as The Dutch line.

I believe your layout was one of only 2 or 3 I saw last year.  By the time I got there the wife was already asking when I would be home.  I enjoyed what I was able to visit and hope to spend even more time this year.

25 layouts available for your this weekend. 

There will be 7 layouts available only on Saturday, 5 layouts only on Sunday while there are 14 layouts that will be open both days.  For total 21 layouts on Saturday and 19 available on Sunday.

Scale wise, the breakdown is as follows

S Scale - 1
HO Scale - 11
O Scale - 5
N Scale - 3
Multi Scale/Clubs - 3
Live Steam - 1
G Scale/Outdoor - 1

I had 60 people sign my visitors book today,  Ken had 70 at his O scale layout.
