Anyone ever offer this part?

Follow this link, http://www.rr-fallenflags.org/el/loco/el2413age.jpg, to a photo of a E/L C 424. Notice the headlight housing, with light shields.
  I don't know if a part like this was available in N. I really like the shields, the whole housing would be a cool part to have.
 If not offered before, any one willing to produce them? And did any other diesels have similar setups?

Would it be ok to just add the shields to the existing headlights? A couple small pieces of brass sheet should work.
