That Life Like motor... is that from their old plastic frame/lead sled diesels?  I haven't bought a Life Like since the split frame FA-2s, so I don't recall what motor powered them...

I'm looking forward to getting that upgraded frame, John.  Thanks.

Yes Lee, I bought quite a few LL F, E and SD units with these motors before the Bachmann K4 appeared on the market and ripped them out planning on doing my six Trix K4's like this.  This is why I have no qualms giving this to you or doing the work.  Was fun the other night- I forgot how much I missed the repowering aspect.

Its funny really, took me about a week do do the one in the vid below and yours about two hours and the install is actually cleaner!
