Someone's basement is safe from invasion. That's a real army with firepower.  :D

During the Iraq War in the early 2000's, I saw DOD trains loaded with tan equipment while railfanning in Mobile Alabama.

It looked very much like what you are doing.

Great work.

Mike,

  What is your source for that M2A3?  That looks just like the era I've been searching for as well.
Thanks for your great work...truly an inspiration!

@u18b: thank you

@Rio Grandeous: the M2A3 it's the work of my son and his 3d printer

The first M2A3 of the charlie company:

It's not perfect yet, but it's going in the right direction.

Shouldn't the 25mm gun be removed for rail transport?

Yes, that's right, and lenscover for the 360-degree-camera, closing the doors for the Integrated Sight Unit.

 :drool:  They're beautiful and well proportioned as well (M2A3).  If you would be inclined to sell some, there may be some of us willing to buy quite a few,  ;);).  You must be extremely proud of your son too.  He's very talented!
 Thanks for the inspiration, both of you.

You would be surprised, but Brads have been shipped with the IBAS in the unstowed position with ratchet straps. Apparently the 3 or 4 inches saved with vertical height matters somewhere.  :facepalm:

On weekend i have printed a six-pack of turrets, but fife of it failed, only one was perfect.
I don't know what's going wrong.

Now I will clean the printer and print again.

I notice the Bradley hull behind the turret.  The road wheels and the tracks are different colors.  This was done with a very skilled hand or can you print in different colors whilst printing an object?
