Most of the modern ones look like simple pre fab structures some conveyors and loading facilities for trucks.

Shipsure,

So I think the Blair Line model is of a dealer/distributor. So they get inbound loads of stuff like amonium nitrate by covered hopper and the dealer keeps it in binds and mixes the dry materials together to get the right blend of nitrogen and potassium and stuff like that per what the customer needs.

Look at  El Dorado Chemicals in Giddings TX on Google Maps. The structure is larger than the Blair Line kit but is similar in style.

The front part of the Ag-Com facility in Gettysburg, PA is for fertilizer.  During season, the last 2-3 car lengths are used for inbound fertilizer ingredients, cars are unloaded via underground conveyor to storage inside.  They mix to the ratio needed and it's loaded on the other side of building via an elevator and bulk weigher, very similar to the Rix elevator.  This is a little more modern set up, but it's been this way since at least the early 90's I believe.

It's not so much I want to do a real fertilizer plant. Although these are really nice to know about.

I'm shooting for something in the 70s, and that Blair Line kit will probably do the job.

However, I could've sworn that there were two kits that came out around the same time that were similar. I thought one might have been MTL's, actually.

I guess I was confused though.

Did you look at Bar-Mills Majestic Hardware? It looks like a feed mill/fertilizer mixing place.
