I have a couple of BLI E7s that I plan to de-skirt. I'll figure out the best way to do it but if anybody has done it already, I would like to see some pictures for inspiration. Thanks!

I did three... The Conrail E8s. I used Micro Mark sprue tweezers along the top edge of the skirt, working only about 1mm per "nip". When you near the ladder, nip along that first, then finish along the top of the skirt. This will keep the ladder from breaking off. Finish with files.
