What color green would you use on MD&W Alco switchers? Any help would be great! Jim in Minnesota

There’s an article on kitbashing an AD&N Loco in the current NSR. Both railroad’s greens are the same to my untrained eyes. If you can track the article it probably has an answer.

I just looked at some pictures of these MD&W switchers. Not that easy. I would start with Vallejo Camouflage Light Green 71.006 and probably mix it with some drops of white or light gray. Or use it as is and tone the green a bit down with white washes.

I have the magazine. The MD&W engines look to be a darker green.
