The best layout ive seen is thr PILENTUM channel (European). Model excellence nonpareil.

Veering slightly off topic, the best reviewer of all in my opinion is Eric Siegel of ericstrains (O scale ) I  was inspired into the hobby watching his videos although I landed in N.

The Danneman layout is stunningly well done. I've seen photos of it and articles about it before of course, but the video really brings it to life and shows off the scale of some of the protobased scenes. Having just come back from a Denver trip which included railfanning along Big Ten curves and Coal Creek, I'm even more impressed with what Mike managed to create. Truly exceptional execution. I sure hope  I get to see it in person during one of my future Denver trips; I understand Mike lives in the area.

John Colombo's channel of his Nickel Plate layout obviously appeals to me the most of all N scalers on Youtube.

I'm kind of drawing a blank at other N scale Youtubers that I regularly watch, but here is a list of other fellow model railroaders I tune in to see:

Stephen Bennett has a great layout that he is currently building. The video updates are interesting and he has a good deal of scenery tips.
