According to the Dundalk Eagle (my former nemesis when I was editor of the East Baltimore GUIDE) it was shuttered in 1984.  When AT&T was broken up, the operation there became superfluous.

So basically loading is a drive under and open the chute sort of thing?
Probably done that way in the good ol' innocent pre-EPA/OSHA days.
Today it's more likely to be spot the car over the dust-tight connector gizmo, raise the dust-tight connector gizmo, then open the chute:

Gravity tank (or pneumatic distribution) with a flexible hose connecting to the hatch on the hopper car.

Makes one wonder if the closure of Western Electric was related to the move of the Colts... cause?  or effect?  Hmmm.   My dad was a traffic manager for Martin Marietta's refractories division... Magnesium Oxide mostly, for fire brick, cigarette filters, and anything else you could put chemical additives into... and I can tell you first hand that a multitude of shipping decisions were contingent on attendance at our annual Christmas party, and the quality of gin that was placed quietly under the tree... ;)

I can assure you that Walter Abernathy of the PRR and Dick Costello of the Western Maryland understood that Beefeater was good for their annual volume...
The B&O guys were nice, but rarely rose above Gilbeys...

Especially if you consider the number of cabooses I have and use. It's so flagrant that it's discussed in the latest Conrail Quarterly.
