Just off the wall - anyway this could end up at Altoona in August?   Lots of Railwire members there, Ntrak and Ttrak modules galore.

I'm sure that can be arranged.  I've had a couple of Pennsylvanians respond, so it shouldn't be too hard to time it to be in the area.

I'll jump in.  I'm not sure what Hunter Harrison will say about it on the CSX Hanover Sub but we'll just have to find out  :D

Sadly, I can't be in, because I no longer have an N scale layout.

Flat car carrying a piece of snap track.  I dare you.

The LIRR IS would be happy to have the PRR 3768 on the point and hopefully under wire with this at the head end of a train on the berm.

Challenge accepted.  I have plenty of N scale flextrack left over, and I have an HO bulkhead flat car.  :D

Well, we're into double digits, so I guess we're go for launch! I'm planning to get this thing rolling in the next couple of weeks. There's no such thing as "too late" to sign up if you want to participate. Just let me know, and I'll add you to the list!

OK, we're ready for launch! I've updated the second post to reflect the proposed itinerary. I'll be starting the photo thread shortly, and I'll be passing the car off to @Dave V or whatever his name is these days on Sunday.

Just to be clear, you wanted me to repaint this into Penn Central colors, right?  Can do.

With the recent events and changes at CSX, EHH may have the car confiscated and sold at auction when it reaches Hagerstown Yard on the Hanover Sub.  :scared:
