The Railwire decals ?

How about this

A or many set/sets of The Railwire decal types .

Tom makes them and Tom gets the cash .

Take the road of your choice and type of passenger car but keep the roads colors , or not . Then add the new decal which might be THE RAILWIRE EXCURSION CAR . Maybe have different colors and stretched out sizes to fit a standard letter board . Maybe a choice of color like black , white , gold , and silver . Each color is a separate decal and order .

Then for freight a The Railwire logo in various sizes , same with names , numbers , and reporting marks of Toms choice . A slogan like "Another Carload Of " , let the modeler add the what with their own scrap decals .

I was wondering why Tom was asking me about beard trimmings the other day. I figured he was just working on another Voodoo doll.

Ummm, not even turkey bacon or veggie bacon?  What makes bacon bacon is the smoky flavor.  You put that flavor on anything and it'll taste like bacon.  :D

IMO, anything other than pork would just be smoked meat? I do miss it. Turkey bacon is just wrong because it's so processed to get it into that sheet orientation and I have never heard of other mammalian forms, like beef or lamb bacon? My wife wouldn't have a problem with either of the latter.

Still on a search for Halal summer sausage like my Dad used to get in Wisconsin (the original summer sausage, not a Halal version). There's some tasty Halal 'sausage' out there, but I have to admit that Muslim meat processing is light years behind the times of American consumption. Like dried sausages and jerky. The Moroccans have a dried beef jerky hybrid, but it's kind of a cross between jerky and kimchi, where it is buried in a pot to cure. It's good in breakfast eggs, but doesn't have that eat-it-from-your-fist firm-but-smooth quality that jerky does. Lots of different jerkies out west, and I'm trying them all, so I am becoming a bit of a jerk connoisseur.

... so I am becoming a bit of a jerk connoisseur.

"Wild Bills" is the best I've ever had.  Don't know if it makes it out west.  One thing I've noticed, for my taste, the ingredients need soy sauce as the second ingredient indicating that there's a lot of it.   The earlier it appears on the ingredients list the better chance I'll like it.  Of course that's just me. 8)

Being from a Pennsylvania German family, pork was (and is) a bigger part of my diet than it probably should be.
