TRW says the "upload folder is full"

Tried to upload pics, but received an error message stating that the upload folder was full.

I really, really want people to use the new gallery.  But I can increase storage if folks still want attachments.

I can switch over to the gallery. The attachments are convenient and make posting pics easy.

I can add pics to the gallery at the gallery. If I “add pics to post/gallery” from the new post screen, I get the upload screen, but it deletes everything from the post as soon as I add the picture.

What "gallery"? If there has been a fundamental change in the way photos are uploaded to TRW (other than the way it was just a few days ago) where is the new info on it?

Peteski's tutorial did a good explanation, and in essence the new Gallery is just like posting from Photobucket or the like -- go from here to there, save this, copy that, go back to there, preview, if wrong go back to Start. Lots more steps than before. I suppose there's no way to escape from this scenario since obviously every picture hosting site anywhere will all eventually be doing it the same way. Progress. At least I know how it works now. However I'm sure in a few years every photo host place will change over to a new system that has to be learned because so different from the last one. Progress. Yay. 
This and Ebay has changed things so I couldn't upload photos to their "new" version, had to find another route. Progress. Yay.
How could we manage to live back when systems weren't changed every couple of years?
