Nice work David ..
Thank you, it would not look nearly as good without the help of my father.

Thank you, I have a small blog with a photo of the control panel showing the entire layout. https://undara.wordpress.com/

The track runs level so no grades. The upper deck, containing the town scene is a module built on Gatorboard and it rest on styrofoam blocks. All of the town buildings are lit with grain of wheat bulbs.
The entire layout is built on a door and slides out away from the wall so I can get behind it and clean the track or fix any issues.

H man, that is awesome.

I've seen it in person, and it really is beautiful.

Very nicely done, and pleasantly described.

I see a lot of pretty readily available parts, many of which are floating around in my parts boxes... It's nice to see them well deployed, weathered, and otherwise detailed to make them your own.

Thanks Lee, and if you look very closely, towards the back of the yard, there was a hammerhead that should look familiar.

Lee,
It still works, but I have never been able to get it to run at slow speed. No big deal it just became the express.  :)

The vid is pretty awesome, but I bet it is even better in person.

Congrats, David!
