Thomas and everybody, thank you thank you very much. I wouldn't say it's the best as there's some very good modelers out there and a lot of them are here on TRW!!!!
On a side note, I got it numbered but unfortunately my decal sheet want in the best shape. I thought I had another but didn't bring it on the road so I won't be able to add the tender data. I'll take some pictures of it tomorrow at work.

Well these pictures aren't great either but here's another update!

I need to lay some dull coat on it to tone the weathering a bit but it's getting there.

Do I have it right that the bit in front of the tender started life as a Bachmann 2-10-2?  Nice modeling there, too.

  You are correct Thomas! The mech and boiler/cab are all Bachmann. The boiler was shortened roughly 3/8" in front of the rear boiler seam between the cab and stream done. The cab or also modified with window opened up close to the front of the cab and additions to better suit the Santa fee style cab. Pm if you have any questions and I'll answer them. This locomotive is also in the 2015 ntrak steam addendum with a build article.
