Apologies if this is a rerun.

The B&O scheme is the one used when it was under C&O control.  It is the same one that is on the Arnold S-2.   Perhaps Atlas will issue it in "as delivered" at a later date.

Enough B&O now, let someone else have a chance...  My vote is for Portland (OR) Terminal.

I agree with Dave. The SAL black and red was a great scheme. Thanks,
Atlas.

I will need to do one of these eventually, as Vulcan Materials at Bittinger has 2 of them, #2 and #3, in service loading CSX Rock Runners on Hanover Sub.

I also found out this week they have a SW1500 on site as well, dumb me didn't think to take my phone with me when I had to go to locomotive shed to replace a bottled water cooler and I didn't get a number on it.     I will have to stop in next week and "verify the cooler I placed in there is working correctly "  :D

The "News" here might be that Atlas has, once again,  snubbed the popular road name that, historically speaking, rostered the most Alco S2's <77>  :?

The NYC was a YUUUUGE customer of American Locomotive Co. Alco's plant located along the main line in Schenectady, NY had a bit to do with this too!

Releasing Penn Central is kind of a slap in the face!  :x

The Nickel Plate Road had quite a few, too.  Also good ALCo customers.   I suspect both NYC and NKP schemes are coming.  That's one of the positives of the S-2 for Atlas - so many railroads (Class I's, shortlines, switching roads) rostered them in so many different paint schemes that Atlas can release new schemes three times a year for 10 years and still not cover them all . . .
