Ok, Footprint:

It's...
112mm deep
133mm wide
Second story windows are 4mm x 8.5mm (to the outside of the frame)
First floor windows are 17mm x 10mm (to the outside of the frame)
Open areas are 26mm wide x 21mm tall.

When did you move to Japan? In English please.  :RUEffinKiddingMe:

I've seen a couple of their 4-5 story buildings on the Flea Bay that were tempting enough I clicked watch on them. Haven't pulled the trigger yet, but there are some kitbashing possibilities in there waiting to be exploited. Some of the other items look pretty cheap, but the larger structures seem to be reasonable.

It's a decidedly un-cheap building from Japan...

It's a complete indulgence, but I love it.

I'm using it as a fill in for this spot: https://goo.gl/maps/2amXoyoHjmG2

Pricey but very York-ish.

Yep. I was watching for cheap ones, but Klein's 10% one item day the other week closed the deal.
Luckily I only need one.

On that site I see a lot of 3D printed stuff with an extrusion-type printer. You see a lot of "stepping" on curved surfaces and the "spaghetti lines" on straight walls.
There also appears to be some resin stuff. But I'd say pick the nice cheap things to scratch build stuff with.

LOL, when I saw that on your layout I was thinking Perhsing Ave street running.

So...would that also work for a turn-of-the-century silver smelter if mated to some ore bins and a square brick smokestack?

Possibly! You can check it out when you're here. It's a pretty versatile building.

Yep. They definitely have some crap, but there are some good ones in there too (like this).

Thanks for the measurements.  I am old enough to have lived through the "international" measurement period in US history- several of my measuring devices come from that era.

Pretty amazing, what we could do 47 years ago with duct tape, slide rules and elbow grease.

"In English please."

But England IS a Metric country...  The USofA is probably the only major country not using the Metric system, and even here, it's the only "official" system, and has been since the 1800s.  All of our "English" measurements are defined in terms of Metric units.

Good one Gary. Wonder if Lockheed's insurance covered that mistake? Yeah, right.
