Removal of window glass from cab of Kato NW2

I am disassembling my several Kato NW2s to prepare for stripping and repainting. I cannot figure out how the window glass comes out of the cabs. Has anyone had any success in doing this?

It has been several years since I did one. I believe the side windows need to come out first. Look at the Kato web site, they show the parts (920131) Bob.
