As close as I could get today.

Gondolas on the left are full of coal, there is a bucket loader on top of one next to the tender.

I felt comfortable scoring and folding my cardstock DigCom trailers, so I removed the landing gear and wheels from all of them and junked them.  I reprinted all the trailer files I have onto photo paper and made one for ConWay Truckload.  I was hoping to get more done last night but ran a fresh #11 Xacto blade into the pad of my thumb while trimming some of the dried super glue from the landing gear and wheel sets.  That stopped work pretty quick.

Scratchbuilt 2 flats for my HOn30 empire.

I'm calling the RR "Mill Creek & Lake Newport" after a local park.

Those are cool, @Chris333 . They remind me of the Bachmann On30 cars!

Big life changes for me (which explains my lack of postings).   I accepted a job in Auckland, New Zealand so my update is that I am packing all my N scale stuff in boxes currently for a September move.  This is certainly not what I predicted I would be doing even 3 months ago,  but with the collapse of oil prices, the Calgary economy is pretty grim and I am lucky to be in a 'position to move' (which is a polite way of saying ive been out of work for a while)

I estimate i have at least 2 years worth of unbuilt kits to keep me busy until I am in the position where i can build a layout again.

Sticking to my BC Rail interests.     I may develop a side interest in NZ narrow gauge, but I will keep it under control

good luck with the move and your new job in NZ Andy!  You certainly have a good attitude and perspective on things which I am sure is serving you well.

Hmm... I don't see any
upside down M...

Two scientists create a teleportation ray, and they try it out on a cricket. They put the cricket on one of the two teleportation pads in the room, and they turn the ray on.
The cricket jumps across the room onto the other pad.
