Want to split a pack?

Won't you need 3?  ;)

I wonder how many folks bought these with the intention of collecting?

I bought the Smokey and the Bandit truck with the intention of collecting... Likely would look out of place on any layout I build...

"Any fool who would paint his truck like this would show up at a minister's funeral dressed in feathers"  :D :D

Alternate version:
Ed Kapucinski
Every night, he plants a new tree.
He asks excitedly "Did you say Ménage à Trois?"
No, I said "Ed's Law."

ha ha! That's great! I bet that's the GHQ model.
There's actually been some major developments...the cat is out of the bag. I think i posted about this elsewhere, but here it all is again.
I was able to source the correct version of Torred paint (its changed over the years) and traded a Kato crossover to @Mark W for some chrome detail work. He worked some real magic on it. He's doing two for them for me, one for @tom mann as a thank you!

I can't wait to see the protagonist and antagonist reunited!

I was really impressed with the combination of modeling an photography for the trains, including the sound effects, which made it seem real.

On the other hand (literally), the guy pulling the truck and car could use a tweek to his BEMF.

But, this gets an A+++ for imagination and execution.  Really well done.  :D

Thanks Cody.

Here's an update that I haven't shared with @chicken45 yet.  Hope you don't mind me sharing it here, Josh. :)

I figured, if we're doing the Duel car, we gotta have a Mann to go with it!  So I 3D printed one.

I let him drive around the layout a little bit this afternoon.  So far, no sign of any trucks!  A good thing since I have to send this back to Josh soon.

Cool beans!

I remember seeing glass-less cars in many older shows. They were removing glass to prevent glare from all the spotlights used during filing.

@Mark W wins the internet in his ability to silence @chicken45

Well Done, which is how @Ed Kapuscinski likes his bacon.   :D

Kudos! Cool-looking ride.

Except... one eensy-weensy, teeny-tiny, itty-bitty, totally trivial, not-worth-the-bandwidth quibble...

The radiator grille isn't silver (or chrome) on the car being modeled; it appears instead to be black. To wit:

Just sayin'. Carry on!
