Somebody made a kit of a similar structure, I think it was tagged as a "land office" or something similar.  Was RLW?

I thought it was Showcase.

I thought it was Showcase.

I did too originally but I checked SCM's website and I got buttkiss, not even in a sold out listing.  Tried Googling it too and got even more, weirder buttkiss.

I tried Googling it again and managed to find an outdated SCM order form online, with the San Gorgonio Land and Water structure listed on it, no pics.

I think it's "bupkis," although "buttkiss" ranks much higher in hilarity.

He asks excitedly "Did you say Ménage à Trois?"
No, I said "Ed's Law."

I have a draft of the artwork and printed it out.  It needs further tweaking but sizing appears to be fine.

This is on my laser, so it isn't as nice as it will look on my Epson r1800.

Yes, I know I'm using the two story building, because a) I have it and it was already built and b) I actually thought the real thing was two stories at first! Again, I'm trying to capture the feel and mood of the original photo (taken by @Chulvis).

Looks good! I know this is just a prototype (the other kind of prototype), but will this be a decal or a "poster?"

A decal. It'll be on clear, so the background will need to be painted white.

Sounds like a Haiku!  :D

If you take out the word "and," it's perfect and bona fide Haiku. WELL DONE.
It even includes a seasonal reference.

I want this on a CRHS shirt. @rswinnerton and @Ed Kapuscinski , make it (•_•) / ( •_•)>⌐■-■ / (⌐■_■)  sew!

The answer to today's quiz.  And a new home for Feather River Trains.

That's awesome Doug!  For a moment I thought it was Photoshopped.  But now I think that you printed the entire wall (bricks and all) and stuck it to the side of the building.  However you did it, I like the effect.

EDIT: Or is it Photoshopped?  I think here is something funny about the shadows.  :?

Ok that's pretty awesome. How did you make the sign? It looks like you found a much higher resolution image than what I found.

I appreciate you doing this!

I live just a few miles from Lagunitas, so photos were not a problem.

Here are the photos, rectified and edited in Photoshop - squared and removed extraneous stuff.  The east wall is actually completely covered with ivy, so I duplicated the west wall if someone wants a different orientation to view the Lucas Valley dairy sign.
