Something I haven't done since the 70s. Seriously.

If I want to wet my feet on trying to have some LED based exterior lights over doorways and under walkways in key locations in a paper mill, what do I need to know  about these 0402 gizmos to do the job right?  I can't see dropping the coin for that new Woodland Scenics thing when it only runs 4 lights.

I'm thinking 10 to 15 lights eventually, but they probably need to be installed and wired before I get the buildings on the layout.

Don't be a resistor. Help a guy develop a new capacitor for the 21st century.

You can find pre-wired Chip, nano & pico LEDs at this website. They do all the hard work for you (soldering magnet wire to tiny LEDS, adding correct resistors, etc)..and they have different options for AC, DC or DCC voltages. Not affiliated with them but their prices are good, service is good & they ship fast.

If you are on e-bay check out this German company. Shipping is not that expensive if you get enough for the entire village.
