This weekend I finally finished the Wilson Auto-Ramp for a friend's layout.  See https://www.therailwire.net/forum/index.php?topic=35891.0 for details.

Fish called yesterday and a good chunk of today was spent finishing my garden, but I had a full Spring Break worth of laundry to do plus work clothes, so I got to sit downstairs listening to the drier run while I worked on pollution control details for my paper mill.

While picking up the remaining plants from Lowes, I walked the plumbing aisle looking for piping pieces that looked industrial sized for N scale. Found some who zee what's it's and a thingamabob that seem to fit the bill.

Constantly reminded by this weekly display of the awesome talents of the people on this board.

I added some "flashy" accessories to the layout (https://www.therailwire.net/forum/index.php?topic=30300.msg422740#msg422740), got the garden all turned and ready for plants, and then got the flu.

Yesterday, I was sidetracked by an accident by my daughter on carpet (we're trying to potty train her) that led to some serious carpet and spring cleaning :( and working on tax returns for a couple of hours :( :(, which meant no time to work on the layout :( :( :(.

No train work this weekend.  Yesterday climbed Mt Herman on the Front Range.

Participated in the WISE Division's Ops Weekend.  Grabbed the chance to run at NAPM, then ran on the Midwest Lines in Racine.

Enjoy!

No train work this weekend.  Yesterday climbed Mt Herman on the Front Range.

That's on my list of places to visit. Mainly because my grandfather's first name is Herman.

Nice stuff everyone. Couple of late entries...

Finally finished putting down a small forest worth of trees (and I still have more to build...):

Played around with a few sunset shots as well:

That last shot looks great!

Here's a Clerihew about Ed. K.

Ed Kapucinski
Every night, he plants a new tree.
But mention his law
and you've pulled your last straw!

Alternate version:
Ed Kapucinski
Every night, he plants a new tree.
He asks excitedly "Did you say Ménage à Trois?"
No, I said "Ed's Law."
