And if you want something really small, try http://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/BGX%2050A%20E6327/BGX50AINCT-ND/506331 .  It is rated for 140mA (which is more than you will use - probably less than 20mA).

There are ones even smaller at Digikey, but those are really hard to solder.  :D

Thanks, Peteski, I ended up getting some of these but I have no idea what pads would get connected to what (track power/frame halves vs. LED with resistor). The data sheets aren't much help because I don't speak whatever language that is.:scared: Any help would be appreciated....in really basic terms, that is. ;)

Does this help?  The bar in the LED symbol denotes cathode (negative side). Feel free to ask more questions.
