Just gas money from Maryland and a coffee.

Can we meet in the traffic jam on I 95 so you can splash a few cars with road grime on your way to see MC?

Fiddly details on the bridge- maintenance walkways and the decrepit communications conduit that is hanging off since the derailment and fire in the 1990s.  Some of the walkways on the far bank are missing and that is prototypical too!  I also installed code 40 guardrails.

Beautifull !!! how long is the bridge ???  Incredible job !
Thanks ,
Louis

Laying out a new layout. Put some stock on the trackplan. Here's a view down the road, station on the left.

Layout thread: https://www.therailwire.net/forum/index.php?topic=34940.0

Also did some work on a crane, closer to the prototype.

Rod, that looks really good! Santa Fe down under! :D
I finally filled the big hole that used to be the helix and laid out the wye at Devore. (Well, technically the helix is still in there, just buried under the scenery with a lid on the access hole). The wye is Code 40, as are the sidings.

Otto, Santa Fe guy!..looking great!
Gordon, we're heading back to visit the grandbabies after Mardi Gras...we'll look you up this time around!

I'm recovering from minor surgery, so did a little modeling-work on Kingman Canyon came to a halt to kick out a number of T-Trak modules for the local group...working on an expanding theme with a large group of modu;es depicting (loosely-have to include the double-track T-Trak standard), the ATSF transcon from Kansas plains, to Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, and California topogrphy-all with the the theme of an accompanying highway (Route 58, 66, etc)...these aren't quite finished:still have yet to finish ballasting the Kato Unitrack, paint the fascia, add more sundry details, including right-of-way details, etc.
Railfanned 6' of the Kansas portion (15' more remain, including a small town and small town grain complex)

One of the modules leading into town will sport this nifty Blair Line "Dari King"...had a blast building this and am going to go 'whole hog' detailing the interior (a first for me)

Nearing completion. I'll start a thread on how I did it soon.

Here's a Clerihew about Ed. K.

Alternate version:
Ed Kapucinski
Every night, he plants a new tree.
He asks excitedly "Did you say Ménage à Trois?"
No, I said "Ed's Law."

Love that gondola, looking forward to your notes!  And Bruce, your roads are fantastic.  The cracks and the way the shoulders blend is really effective.  Great work this week by everyone.

Golly, I wish I had a couple of those G22b kits.  Nice work!

Norfolk Southern D5

Started working on another tender, this will be for an E class 2-8-0.  Does anyone know of a source for tender backup lights, like the one seen here:

Finally, the Babyfaces started getting some paint.  The paint scheme is for my dad's freelance railroad.
