First, are you talking about both buildings in that kit or just the little stone outbuilding? I am not familiar with either.

Second, I don't have a 3D printer of my own, so if someone else does, I can send the design to them when complete.

If you are only referring to the stone outbuilding, it may be less if printed in the SWF material on Shapeways., but that is a true nylon based material and may be difficult to paint.

Nah, we're talking about the big brick mill.

Is the building one casting or are there flat castings for each wall?

This may be a situation where it would be easier simply to recast the model in either resin or plaster...

Obviously wouldn't be a commercial solution, but if all we want is a few more copies...
The Railwire is not your personal army.

@Dave Vollmer, Ok, yes it is very "Pennsylvania"!

If you have the kit, maybe you can black and white scan and then email the images to me rather than sending me the kit.  That will make an easy drawing to follow in CAD.

This way I can easily guesstimate a cost in FUD.

@Dave Vollmer Cool!  Be safe and have fun.  I'm in no hurry, but can I assume that plan is acceptable though?

I used the castings @Chris333 sent me from the boiler house, and it's looking like it'll fit well with the smelter:

It's nineteen-aught-five in Basalt, Colorado.  After picking up passengers from the Aspen local, the eastbound Colorado Springs passenger train (with through sleepers to Denver) prepares to assault the Continental Divide through the Busk-Ivanhoe Tunnel under 11,925' Hagerman Pass.  While it's warm and dry down here along the Frying Pan River, a snowstorm is raging just a few miles east.
