More pups.

Anybody know the date that the Yellow Freight scheme came about?   It's not the older scheme that I really want, but I think they came about in 2003 maybe.   It has a URL, and I generally think of the phenomenon as post-2000. (and yes I know there are exceptions, I said generally)

Anyway, they did the YRC scheme first, and now the "2000's" scheme, so hopefully they'll keep regressing and do the previous scheme as well at some point.

Does anyone know better about the eras? I feel like "1960-1990" is pretty useless.

Well, regarding the Yellow Freight scheme, I have found evidence at least back to May of 2002, assuming the photo is dated correctly.

And yet still accurate - at least one photo of the CF scheme in the 1960s on Hanks (many more in the 70s) and these were still seen On-Flat-Car into the 90s.

I would imagine Roadway is the same.

Yep.  CF and Roadway would both be good in the 1970's.

Overnite also dates back at least to the early 80's, but this scheme with the website dates to the early 2000-2005. These trailers are still in service.

Same goes with Yellow... that should be a 2000/2001 scheme with the website logo on the back that would be used until the YRW merger in 2009. These trailers are still in service.

CF, PIE and Roadway are older, dating back decades. Keep in mind these trailers are 108" wide and would only be seen after the early 80's

My trailers from the earlier run(s) are awesome, so these will certainly be welcomed.

It would sure burst the aftermarket collectible bubble that's going on if they announce more of the fire engines too!
